Muay Thai

Muay Thai is a Thailand traditional fighting technique. Its technique involves the use of elbows, knees, punches and leg attack in a short distant. We welcome all levels of fitness and fight experience to join our Muay Thai Program. Our Muay Thai program for men as well as ladies. Muay Thai can be used us self-defense and it is also an aerobic exercise.
